Manage your profile, security, QR code logos, API access, and subscription plan

Settings Page Overview

The Settings page is organised into two tabs that you can switch between:

Profile

Account Plan

Profile tab: Manage your personal information, password, QR code logos, expiration page settings, and API access
Account Plan tab: View your usage, compare plans, upgrade or downgrade, and manage add-ons

To access Settings, click "Settings" in the navigation menu.

Profile Tab: Profile Information

The Profile Information section lets you view and update your basic account details.

Editable Fields

First Name: Your first name, displayed in your account
Last Name: Your last name
Marketing Emails: Checkbox to opt in or out of promotional emails and product updates

Read-Only Fields

Email Address: The email associated with your account. Cannot be changed after registration
Username: Your unique username, set during registration. Cannot be changed

Profile Tab: Change Password

Keep your account secure by regularly updating your password.

To change your password:

Enter your Current Password to verify your identity
Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters)
Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field
Click "Change Password"

Password Tips:

Use at least 8 characters
Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
Avoid using common words or personal information
Use a unique password not shared with other services

Profile Tab: QR Code Logos PRO

Upload custom logos to add branding to your QR codes. Logos can be placed in the centre or in a corner of your QR codes.

Logo Types

Centre Logos

Square images placed in the centre of the QR code. Best for brand logos and icons. Recommended: square aspect ratio with a transparent background (PNG).

Corner Logos

Rectangular images placed in a corner of the QR code. Ideal for additional branding or badges. Recommended: rectangular aspect ratio.

Uploading Logos

Go to Settings and stay on the Profile tab
Scroll to the QR Code Logos section
Click "Upload Logo"
Select your image file (PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP, max 2MB)
Choose the logo type: Centre or Corner
Give your logo a name for easy identification
Click "Upload"

Once uploaded, your logos appear in Settings and are available to select when creating or editing QR codes from the QR Codes page or the link creation modal.

Extra Logos Add-on: Need more logo slots? The Extra Logos Pack add-on adds 3 more centre logos and 3 more corner logos (5 total of each). Available for $2.95/month or $29.50/year. Requires a Creator Pass. Manage it from the Account Plan tab.

Profile Tab: Expiration Page Settings

Customise what visitors see when they click an expired link. Instead of a generic error page, you can display your branding and contact information.

Customisable Elements

Logo: Upload your brand logo to display on the expiration page
Contact Email: Set a contact email address so visitors can reach you if they need the content

A live preview is shown alongside the settings so you can see exactly how the expiration page will look to visitors before saving.

Profile Tab: API Access PRO

Creator Pass users can generate an API key to programmatically create and manage short links through the EziLinks API.

Managing Your API Key

Generate Key: If you don't have an API key yet, click "Generate New Key" to create one
Copy Key: Click "Copy" to copy your API key to your clipboard for use in your applications
View Status: See when the key was created, when it was last used, and its expiry status
Revoke Key: Click "Revoke Key" to immediately invalidate the current key. Any applications using it will stop working
API Documentation: Click the documentation link to view full API reference with endpoints and examples

Keep Your API Key Secret!

Never share your API key publicly, include it in client-side code, or commit it to version control. If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately and generate a new one.

Account Plan Tab: Current Usage

The Account Plan tab opens with a summary of your current usage:

Active Links: The total number of short links currently in your account
Total Clicks: All-time clicks across all your links
Domains: The number of custom domains you have connected (Creator Pass only)

Click the "Upgrade to Creator Pass" or "Downgrade to Free" button to change your plan. Plan changes are handled through Stripe's secure checkout.

Annual Savings: Choose the Agency plan at $199/year for team features, or get the Creator Pass $79 one-time for lifetime access.

Downgrading to Free: When you downgrade, you keep Creator Pass features until the end of your current billing period. After that, Creator Pass-only features (custom domains, password protection, custom aliases, API access, etc.) will be disabled, and links will begin expiring after 60 days.

Account Plan Tab: Add-ons PRO

Creator Pass users can purchase add-ons to extend their plan capabilities. Add-ons are displayed below the plan comparison.

Extra Logos Pack PRO

Adds 3 extra centre logos and 3 extra corner logos for your QR codes (giving you 5 total of each, up from 2 included with Creator Pass).

Monthly: $2.95/month
Annual: $29.50/year

To subscribe to an add-on:

Go to Settings and click the Account Plan tab
Scroll to the Add-ons section
Choose between monthly or annual billing using the toggle
Click "Subscribe" to proceed to Stripe checkout

To manage or cancel an active add-on subscription, click "Manage billing via Stripe portal" to access the Stripe billing portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel subscriptions.

Requirement: Add-ons require an active Creator Pass. If you downgrade to Free, add-on subscriptions will also be cancelled.

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your EziLinks account, please contact our support team at support@ezilinks.com.

Account Deletion is Permanent

When your account is deleted:

All your short links will stop working immediately
All analytics data will be permanently deleted
Active subscriptions (Creator Pass and any add-ons) will be cancelled
Custom domains will be disconnected
This action cannot be undone
