What are the different plans? +

Free Plan ($0):

  • 10 short links per month
  • 10 QR codes
  • Basic click analytics
  • Links expire after 90 days
  • Default ezl.me domain only

Creator Pass ($79 one-time payment):

  • Unlimited links and QR codes
  • Custom aliases (e.g., ezl.me/summer-sale)
  • 5 custom domains
  • Password protection & smart redirect rules
  • Links never expire
  • Advanced analytics (countries, devices, browsers, referrers, cities)
  • QR code customisation (colours and logos)
  • Digital Business Cards, Link-in-Bio pages
  • Retargeting pixels
  • CSV import/export
  • API access
  • URL cloaking for custom domains

Agency Plan ($199/year):

  • Everything in Creator Pass
  • Team collaboration features
  • Priority support
How do I create my first short link? +
  1. Go to Links from the navigation menu
  2. Click the "Create New Link" button
  3. Paste the long URL you want to shorten into the Destination URL field
  4. Optionally add a custom alias (Creator Pass), tags, or comments
  5. Click "Create Link"
  6. Your short link (e.g., ezl.me/x8k2p) is ready to share!

Billing & Plans

How much does EziLinks cost? +

Free Plan: $0 — Basic features, 10 links per month

Creator Pass: $79 one-time payment — All premium features, lifetime access

Agency Plan: $199/year — Everything in Creator Pass plus team features and priority support

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely by Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

The Creator Pass is a one-time payment, so there is no subscription to cancel. You keep your features forever.

For the Agency Plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account Plan.

When an Agency subscription ends:

  • You keep Agency features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan (or Creator Pass if purchased) when the period ends
  • Your existing links continue to work, but premium features may be limited
Do you offer refunds? +

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with EziLinks or experience any issues, please contact support@ezilinks.com and we'll do our best to help.

Account & Security

How do I change my password? +
  1. Go to Settings from the navigation menu
  2. Scroll to the "Change Password" section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Click "Change Password"
Where do I find my API key? +

API access is available on the Creator Pass and above:

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Scroll to the "API Access" section
  3. Click "Generate New Key" if you don't have one yet
  4. Click "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard

Important: Keep your API key secret! If compromised, revoke it and generate a new one immediately from the same page.

How do I delete my account? +

To delete your account, contact us at support@ezilinks.com with your request.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • All your short links will stop working
  • Your data will be permanently deleted
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • This action cannot be undone
Is my data secure? +

Yes! We take security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS)
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt
  • We never store your credit card information
  • CSRF protection on all forms
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
