Link-in-Bio Pages

Create beautiful profile pages with all your important links in one shareable URL

What Are Link-in-Bio Pages?

A Link-in-Bio page is a single landing page that holds multiple links — perfect for social media profiles where you can only share one URL.

  • Each bio page gets a unique URL (e.g. ezilinks.com/bio/your-slug)
  • Visitors see a styled page with your name, photo, bio text, and clickable links
  • Great for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter bios where you can only share one link
  • Keep all your important links in one place and update them anytime without changing the URL in your profile
Plan requirement: Link-in-Bio pages require a Creator Pass or Agency plan. Free plan users can upgrade from Settings → Account Plan.

Creating a Bio Page

Setting up your first bio page takes just a few steps.

1 Go to Bio Pages

Click "Bio Pages" in the sidebar navigation.

2 Click "+ Create Bio Page"

Click the "+ Create Bio Page" button at the top of the page. This opens the bio page creation form.

3 Fill in the details

Complete the following fields:

  • Title (required) — the name shown at the top of your bio page (e.g. your name or brand)
  • Slug (required) — the URL path (e.g. "john" creates ezilinks.com/bio/john). Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • Description — a short bio or tagline shown below the title

4 Click "Create"

Click "Create" to save the bio page. It will appear in your Bio Pages list, ready for you to add links.

Slug tip: Keep your slug short and memorable. If your name is Jane Smith, try jane or janesmith. Avoid special characters — stick to lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

Adding Links to Your Bio Page

Once your bio page is created, you can start adding links that will appear as styled buttons on the page.

1 Open your bio page

From the Bio Pages list, click Edit on the bio page you want to update.

2 Click "+ Add Link"

In the Links section, click "+ Add Link" to add a new link entry.

3 Enter link details

For each link, fill in:

  • Link Title — the text displayed on the button (e.g. "My Website", "Shop Now", "Latest Video")
  • URL — the destination URL visitors will go to when they click

4 Organise your links

You can add multiple links — they appear as styled buttons on the page. Use these options to manage them:

  • Drag to reorder — put your most important link first
  • Toggle on/off — hide links temporarily without deleting them

5 Click "Save"

Click "Save" when you are done adding and arranging your links.

Customising Your Bio Page

Make your bio page match your personal brand with these customisation options:

  • Profile Photo — upload an image that appears at the top of your bio page. Use a clear headshot or your brand logo
  • Theme — choose from available visual themes to change the overall look and feel
  • Colour — customise the accent colour to match your brand identity
  • Published / Draft — toggle whether the page is publicly visible. Use Draft mode while you are still setting things up
Draft mode: While your bio page is set to Draft, visitors who try to access the URL will see a "page not found" message. Make sure to set it to Published when you are ready to share.

Sharing Your Bio Page

Once your bio page is published, sharing it is straightforward:

  • Copy the bio page URL (e.g. ezilinks.com/bio/your-slug)
  • Paste it in your Instagram bio, TikTok profile, Twitter bio, email signature, or anywhere you want to share multiple links
  • The page is mobile-optimised and loads fast on all devices
  • View count tracks how many times your bio page has been visited
Pro tip: Since most visitors will come from mobile devices (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), always preview your bio page on your phone to make sure it looks great on a small screen.

Managing Bio Pages

All your bio pages appear in a grid on the Bio Pages page. Each card shows:

  • Title — the name of your bio page
  • Slug — the URL path
  • Link count — how many links are on the page
  • View count — total visits to the bio page
  • Status — Published or Draft

Available Actions

  • Edit — update content, add or remove links, change customisation options
  • Delete — permanently remove a bio page. This action cannot be undone
  • Preview — see exactly how the page looks to visitors before sharing
Deleting is permanent: When you delete a bio page, the slug becomes available again but all links and view count data are permanently lost. Consider setting the page to Draft instead if you might need it later.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Keep it focused — 5–8 links works best. Too many links can overwhelm visitors and reduce clicks
  • Put the most important link first — your top or most time-sensitive link should always be at the top of the list
  • Use clear, action-oriented titles — "Shop Now" or "Watch My Latest Video" beats "Click Here" or "Link 1"
  • Update links regularly — keep your content fresh by swapping out old links for new ones. The bio page URL stays the same
  • Use a recognisable profile photo — visitors should immediately know they are on the right page when they land on it
Seasonal updates: Running a sale or launching something new? Move that link to the top and toggle off less relevant links. You can always re-enable them later.
Analytics: Keep an eye on your view count to understand how much traffic your bio page receives. Pair this with your link analytics to see which buttons get the most clicks.
